Carlos Horcos is a big supporter of the Tualatin Historical Society. For two years in a row now he has auctioned off his custom watercolors to raise funds for our Annual Heritage Evening. He also was commissioned by the City to do a series of 10 paintings each representing a decade in Tualatin’s History. Those are available as a note card set in our store at the Heritage Center
